This Research Aims To Give Highly-Skilled Migrants From Turkey A Space To Reflect On Their Ties With Turkey And Germany As Well As Their Return Contemplations. The Cases Discussed İn This Study Clearly İllustrate How Diverse The Effects Of Transnational İnvolvement And İntegration Upon Return Contemplations Might Be And These Are Not İndependent Of The Other Factors Such As Gender, Migration Channels, And Visa Entitlements. Therefore, İt Would Be Misleading To Draw Firm Conclusions About Their Complex Relations. Their Analysis Should Always Strive To Take İnto Consideration As Many Axes Of Difference As Possible Among Migrants İn Order To Uncover The Nuances İn Their Experiences Of Transnationalism, İnteg-Ration, And Return Migration And To Discuss Them İn A More Critical Light Rather Than Lumping All Them İnto A Single Group Of High- Skilled Migrants.
